The Walking Dead: Miles Behind Us Review

I know i was supposed to post this last week but lack of sleep finally caught up with my and I was too tired to do anything.

Title: Miles Behind Us
Author: Robert Kirkman
Illustrator(s): Charlie Adlard and Cliff Rathburn
Rating: 3.5/5
Quote: “But honestly... I just don't know what anyone's thinking. To me, that's scarier than any half-rotten ghoul trying to eat my flesh.”
Synopsis: An epidemic of apocalyptic proportions has swept the globe, causing the dead to rise and feed on the living. In a matter of months, society has crumbled: There is no government, no grocery stores, no mail delivery, no cable TV. In a world ruled by the dead, we are forced to finally begin living. This volume follows our band of survivors on their tragic journey in search of shelter.
My Thoughts: Honestly this one was obviously better than the first. We met new characters (The Greene's and the others that stayed with them). We met Tyreese and his family. We also got more deaths which is good because now the story is starting to pick up and the characters are realizing that they don't know who to trust because anyone can just flip a switch. With that we got new "lovers" I guess. Maggie and Glenn of course!!! 😭😭😭😭 I just like that the story is moving the way it is. Even though I kinda know what's going to happen, it doesn't happen when I expect it to so that's good. The Atlanta group just made it to the prison after Hershel lost his son and some others and completely lost his crap. When that happened I was like woah! What happened to the sweet Veterinarian we all know and love. I didn't expect there to be that much swearing in there and that's probably because they don't swear much on TV. I kinda like it but sometimes it's just too much.

Yeah that's it! I am going to take a break on this because I'm reading too many books at once and I want to finish them first. I'm reading The Diabolic, Vampire Academy, Gemina, I have to find The Star Touched Queen because I won an ARC of the second book on Goodreads and a Jon Snow fan fiction 😳😳😳😳. Too much at once
