Title: Harry Potter and The Sorcerers Stone
Author: J.K. Rowling
# Of Pages: 309
Quote: “Fear of a name increases fear of the thing itself.”
Synopsis: Harry Potter thinks he is an ordinary boy. He lives with his Uncle Vernon, Aunt Petunia and cousin Dudley, who are mean to him and make him sleep in a cupboard under the stairs. (Dudley, however, has two bedrooms, one to sleep in and one for all his toys and games.) Then Harry starts receiving mysterious letters and his life is changed forever. He is whisked away by a beetle-eyed giant of a man and enrolled at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The reason: Harry Potter is a wizard!
Thoughts: This book was so funny. I don’t know why I didn’t read this when I was younger because this book is so lighthearted and cute and andventurous. It’s the kind of book you want your kids to read. I absolutely loved reading this. Ill admit at the climax of the story I wasn’t too into it but that’s only because I always expect the worst in anything I read to prepare myself for pain. I loved reading about Harry Ron and Hermione going on their adventures trying not to get caught by one of the teachers. When people say Harry Potter is foreveryone believe it. I don’t think it matters how old you are you will enjoy this book. I liked getting to know some of the characters and knowing some of Harry’s background with his Aunt ,Uncle, and Cousin. These kids are so funny and smart. If you haven’t read any Harry Potter books yet read them soon. I got the entire series for 25 bucks all hard cover copys. If youre ok with buying used books then I went to thriftbooks I left the link down below. Seriously read this!

This book is pretty good!! I didn't think I would like it because after many years of people trying to make me read the books and being forced to watch the movie ( even though I still don't know what its really about) I never really gave it a chance.

Quote: "That’s how you know you’ve mastered a videogame—when a bunch of butt-hurt crybabies start to accuse you of cheating in an effort to cope with the beatdown they’ve just suffered at your hands."
Synopsis: Zack Lightman has spent his life dreaming. Dreaming that the real world could be a little more like the countless science-fiction books, movies, and videogames he’s spent his life consuming. Dreaming that one day, some fantastic, world-altering event will shatter the monotony of his humdrum existence and whisk him off on some grand space-faring adventure. But hey, there’s nothing wrong with a little escapism, right? After all, Zack tells himself, he knows the difference between fantasy and reality. He knows that here in the real world, aimless teenage gamers with anger issues don’t get chosen to save the universe. And then he sees the flying saucer. Even stranger, the alien ship he’s staring at is straight out of the videogame he plays every night, a hugely popular online flight simulator called Armada—in which gamers just happen to be protecting the earth from alien invaders. No, Zack hasn’t lost his mind. As impossible as it seems, what he’s seeing is all too real. And his skills—as well as those of millions of gamers across the world—are going to be needed to save the earth from what’s about to befall it. It’s Zack’s chance, at last, to play the hero. But even through the terror and exhilaration, he can’t help thinking back to all those science-fiction stories he grew up with, and wondering: Doesn’t something about this scenario seem a little…familiar?
Thoughts: When I first heard of this book I thought it was going to be one of those corny sci-fi books where at the end the kid gets everything he wants after he save the world from whatever corny made up situation the author pulled out of his hat but it wasn’t. I’m glad I gave it a shot. I don’t usually read science fiction because I don’t like it much but this book was entertaining. It wasn’t the best book I’ve ever read and I will admit I was confused a lot with the acronyms like HUD AND super-ATHIDS I still don’t know what those two mean but I eventually figured out others I was confused with.
I felt like I could relate to Zack (the main character) in a weird way. He’s addicted to playing video games and I am addicted to reading and buying books. He’s also a senior in high school. Like me!!! J But anyways… he has this temper that kind of bothered me throughout the book I mean until he stopped being an angry child for reasons I can’t say (read the book). This book was the kind where I didn’t really want to cry (FINALLY!!!). But it did take me away to another world which I liked a lot. It was fun to get away and be in a world where there is a Female president and almost everyone in the world are gamers (more people than now like everyone was a gamer).
There were parts in the book where I couldn’t help but say WOOW or SERIOUSLY and wanted to stop reading for a minute. The author built up this whole world in his head and put it on paper and pulled me in like I was part of that world. I really liked that. I’ll admit there were times I got a little bored and tried to read as fast as I could. But I knew I had to take my time reading to really understand what was going on. It was a pretty good book. I see a lot of people saying this book sucked because it was too much like Ready Player One which I have not read so I can’t even judge this book based on that! I’m glad I can’t because the people that have read it gave this book pretty bad ratings.
I received this book from Blogging For Books for this review.

1. Write down the names of characters from different books on scraps of paper. You can do as many as you choose. I went with 20. (10 guys and 10 girls). I added 2 more girls and boys jus because I felt like it.
2.Put Them in a bag or container of your choosing. I chose a jar as you can tell from the picture above.
3.Pull out two names and make your decision on whether you R.I.P it (you don't want them together or anywhere near each other) or Ship it (they are perfect for each other YES!)
Elens Gilbert & Four
(The Vampire Diaries & Divergent)
I ship them! They both had troubling pasts and I feel like they can help each other heal and move past the tragedies of their pasts.
Stefan Salvatore & Arya Stark
(The Vampire Diaries & A Song of Ice and Fire)
No! I feel like Arya is a warrior and Stefan is a broody teenager despite being 164 years old. He's like too immature for Arya who probably is 14. RIP it
(The Maze Runner & Percy Jackson and The Olympians)
Yes! They Are both head strong and I think they would compliment each other and work together really well. Ship it!
Robb Stark & Sansa Stark
( A Song of Ice and Fire)
No! No incest for me thank you! RIP it!
Alison Dilaurentis & Minho
( Pretty Little Liars & The Maze Runner)
I don't know I feel like they would work. They're both so sassy! Their relationship would be so hilarious! so... Yes I Ship it!!
Tris Prior & Zoey Redbird
(Divergent & House of Night)
Yes! I Ship it! Tris and Zoey would be prefect together! They are both too old for their age with what they go through and I feel like when they come together they would remember what its like to be a teenager.
Damon Salvatore & Jace
(The Vampire Diaries & The Mortal Instruments)
No. They wouldn't work. I feel like Jace is a one Person kind of guy and Damon is a Harlet. If it was under any other circumstance then yes but no! RIP it!
Jason Dilaurentis & Percy Jackson
( Pretty Little Liars & Percy Jackson and the Olympians)
Hmm... this is hard hmm.... maybe they could be friends but I think their relationship would be a mess if they had one. RIP it!
Caroline Forbes & Aria Montgomery
(The Vampire Diaries & Pretty Little Liars)
Yes they would have such a dramatic relationship it would be fun. Caroline can protect Aria from
A and Aria can feed Caroline blood. It would work in my head. Ship it!
Thomas & Peter
(The Maze Runner & Divergent)
No! Thomas is a good guy and Peter is an ass! I mean sure Peter tried to redeem himself but no! RIP it!
Tessa & Jon Snow
( After & A Song of Ice and Fire)
No! Jon Snow is Mine! Bye Felicia! RIP it.
Bella Swan & Newt
(Twilight & The Maze Runner)
No Bella sucks and Newt is a precious delicate flower that must be preserved! She would destroy him with her "emotions". RIP it!
Title: I Am Cannibal (Wattpad Story)
# Of Pages: 29 parts
Quote: “ ‘ I guess we got ourselves a snack’ he pointed in the backyard as he saw a tall, buff looking dude throwing a football at a thinner lad.”
Synopsis: Niall Horan was visiting the States from Ireland on a school field trip. It's summer, so they decided to visit Denver, Colorado. Hoping they would enjoy a nice peaceful vacation for a whole month. They were far behind paradise, as days crept by. One by one each of Niall's friends either go missing, or mysteriously "drown." Niall thinks they are just little mistakes and thinks nothing of it after he has finished the mourning of his friends. The leader Zayn, can't detemine whether or not he should go with the plan to eat little Niall. He contemplates and instead falls in love with him, how will Niall react? Zayn wasn't always like this, he had friends, a future, a family, what went wrong? Will the other three decline Zayn's love for Niall and instead eat him? Niall was only hoping to find a good vacation, instead he's now the center piece of a delicious feast.
Thoughts: I read this fic a while ago. It was recommended by one of my friends who was obsessed with Zayn. I mean he liked Zayn more than I did. And when I finally got into the story I was alittle weirded out considering it was one of the first Ziall fanfictions ive read. Let me just say it was crazy from the beginning to the end. Based on the title im sure most of you know what this could be about. Its totally worth it! I was hooked I read every chance I got until I finished. If you read One Direction fanfiction I recommend this to you. It was good and gory and suspenseful and I loved every word. READ IT GUYS FOR REAL!!!

This tag was created by BookishMalayza on YouTube.
I did it because I felt like it. I was not tagged so yea.
1) What is your most expensive book, and what is your most inexpensive book?
I’m a cheap person so my most expensive books are complete tales and Poems of Edgar Allen Poe and Grimm’s Complete Fairy Tales. Both at 18.00. My most inexpensive book has to be IT by Stephen King. I got it or 25 cents at a good will brand new.
2) Which author do you have a love/hate relationship with?
Definitely James Dashner. What he did in the Maze Runner trilogy was NOT okay! But I really enjoyed reading those books. IT’S STILL NOT OKAY!
3) What book have you deliciously devoured over and over again, with no remorse whatsoever?
I absolutely love the House of Night series and I marathoned it so many times. I would do it so many more times and would never get tired of it. The series is so GOOD!
4) What book have you neglected reading due to laziness?
I still have not finished Cinder by Marissa Meyer. I was so excited about the book when I got it but then I got more books and I just don’t feel like finishing it. I want to because I hear a lot of great things about the series but just not now.
5) What book do you most talk about in order to sound like a very intellectual reader?
I would have to say The Great Gatsby. It’s a classic book and one that I actually enjoyed reading and understood so why not.
6) What attributes do you find most attractive in male or female characters?
I really love the bad boy characters like Damon from TVD but not so bad they are abusive. It’s cute when they are sweet and fluffy too. Because who doesn’t love a fluffy bad boy! And female characters that’s different. I like when the female character is portrayed at a strong girl who doesn’t need a man to take care of her. Now depending on the book sometimes I like when the girl acts like a girl (you know has feelings and stuff) but not like a girl who just always needs someone to save her. Basically talking about Sci/Fi or fantasy with female lead character).
7) What books would you most like to receive as a gift?
I would really love to get the entire Mortal Instruments series and The Infernal Devices series for my birthday or something that would be so nice to get.
I nominate: Alyssa

Im going to be reading the Harry Potter series when my books come in! I'm so excited and I hop these books will be as great as Harry Potter fans say they are. I kinda feel bad for still not reading this series. All my Friends even my Dad love Harry Potter and I never gave it a chance, and somehow I have no idea what its even about so at least i know i won't be having a spoiler free experience. So we'll see...
so i was tagged by Alyssa to do this tag so here we go!
Do you Have a Specific Place for reading?
I mostly read in my room. My room is my safe place and i don't feel like i can take in everything if I'm reading anywhere but my room.
I use both but I really like making my own i think its really fun but i also collect any bookmarks I can get whether its from the school library or the bookstore.
I use both but I really like making my own i think its really fun but i also collect any bookmarks I can get whether its from the school library or the bookstore.
Can you stop anywhere or do you have to finish the chapter?
I absolutely hate stopping in the middle of a chapter because when i get back to it at a later time i am so confused. I absolutely need to finish the chapter no matter how tired or busy i am.
Do you eat of drink while reading?
I don't drink anything near my books. NEVER! I will eat while eating but I try not to eat messy foods. If I have a dirty book I WILL DIE!!!
Music or TV while reading?
I listen to music even though there is no point in doing it because I eventually drown it out. Unless the book is boring I don't actually listen.
One at a time or several?
I try to read one at a time but a lot of the times ill start 3 other books and then i won't finish them for a long time. LOL
Read out loud or silently?
I really like reading silently but when i really get into a book i start to act out the characters. WIERD RIGHT?! its so fun!
Do you read ahead or skip pages?
Im guilty of reading ahead sometimes. When i see the font is different or its a random passage super spaced out from the rest i take a peak at it. And sometimes I feel so guilty for doing it so i go back to the part i was on. but i mean COME ON WHO DOESNT?!
Breaking the spine or keeping it like new?
I love keeping my books looking like new. If my book is ugly looking its going on the bottom shelf in the back. If i had to look at it longer than i need to ill explode.
Do you write in your books?
OH MY GOD NO WHO DOES THAT! WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM!?
I MEAN LOOK AT THAT PICTURE!!!!!

Quote: “I am a moth to his flame, and he never hesitates to burn me.”
Synopsis: Tessa is a good girl with a sweet, reliable boyfriend back home. She’s got direction, ambition, and a mother who’s intent on keeping her that way. But she’s barely moved into her freshman dorm when she runs into Hardin. With his tousled brown hair, cocky British accent, tattoos, and lip ring, Hardin is cute and different from what she’s used to. But he’s also rude—to the point of cruelty, even. For all his attitude, Tessa should hate Hardin. And she does—until she finds herself alone with him in his room. Something about his dark mood grabs her, and when they kiss it ignites within her a passion she’s never known before. He’ll call her beautiful, then insist he isn't the one for her and disappear again and again. Despite the reckless way he treats her, Tessa is compelled to dig deeper and find the real Hardin beneath all his lies. He pushes her away again and again, yet every time she pushes back, he only pulls her in deeper. Tessa already has the perfect boyfriend. So why is she trying so hard to overcome her own hurt pride and Hardin’s prejudice about nice girls like her? Unless…could this be love?
Thoughts: I read this book both as a Wattpad fanfiction and as a book. I obviously loved both of them because they were really good. I just had some problems with it… Harry or Hardin as hes called in the book. He was so manipulative and rude and I hated him as a character. And his friends were even worse. That totally threw me off while reading this. Now I know Harry/Hardin was supposed to be the “bad boy” but come on! He takes advantage of people he sleeps with everything that walks and anytime he and Tessa would get into an argument he would find a way to show her if she left him he would just move on to the next girl. Like that’s just an asshole! And Tessa… she was probably the weakest female character ive ever read about. She was dealing with her control freak mother, her goody too shoes boyfriend, Hardin and his friends and it was like she could never stand up for herself in my opinion. She gave into peer pressure a couple times and she was like so oblivious to the real world. Considering she never left her home state I understand she wouldn’t know too much about the outside world but COME ON! Youre in college you should know way more. I just couldn’t stand her as a character and made me emberassed to be of the same gender. On a nicer note. The book was pretty good the plot twist at the end had me In a ball crying my eyes out. Although I don’t exactly like Hardin and Tessa together, they need each other to not be idiots. And I could not deal with the feelings. And with the way this book transitioned from a One Direction fanfiction to a book was pretty great. I have to gibe Anna Todd credit for that
P.S. Even though most of what i said wasn’t super positive about the book i still think people should read it. 😊

Title: House of Night Series
Author/s: P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast
Series Rating: ✯✯✯✯✯
Quote: “Last time I saw you, I said that it hurt too much to love you. But I was wrong about that. The truth is it hurts too much not to love you.”
Synopsis: House of Night is a thrillingly engaging book series that follows 16-year-old Zoey Redbird, who gets “Marked” by a vampyre tracker and begins to undergo the “Change” into an actual vampyre. She has to leave her family in Tulsa and move into the House of Night, a boarding school for other fledglings like her. It’s within the school’s walls that the heart of the action takes place as Zoey meets new friends, finds love, comes to terms with how her life will be different now and begins to realize her awesome new powers.
Thoughts: I really enjoyed the series from the first book. It was interesting and funny and something about it pulled me in (I think it was the vampires). I hated Zoey Redbird (the main character) because she dated everything that walked and caused problems for herself and Aphrodite because she was the mean girl of the story. That was only the beginning. The more the story progressed the more attached I became to some characters and I began to warm up to others. New characters came into the story that I absolutely loved to hate and there was a lot of drama. I loved this series as a whole and I should have listened to my mom years ago when she told me to read it. There were books that I had the hardest time completing because the tears blurred my vision. But I’m glad I got to finish this series. I just wish there were more books because they were so good. And I got to experience Zoey’s journey from becoming an immature young teenager to a smart leader and I loved every second of it. I do recommend marathoning it. I was only able to do it for the first seven because the other books weren’t out but now they all are so DO IT!

Title: 13 Reasons Why
Author: Jay Asher
# Of Pages: 288
Quote: “You don’t know what goes on in anyone’s life but your own. And when you mess with one part of a person’s life, you’re not messing with just that part. Unfortunately, you can’t be that precise and selective. When you mess with one part of a person’s life, you’re messing with their entire life. Everything . . . affects everything.”
Synopsis: Clay Jensen returns home from school to find a mysterious box with his name on it lying on his porch. Inside he discovers thirteen cassette tapes recorded by Hannah Baker, his classmate and crush who committed suicide two weeks earlier On tape, Hannah explains that there are thirteen reasons why she decided to end her life. Clay is one of them. If he listens, he'll find out how he made the list
Thoughts: I don’t have a lot to say about this novel other than it was pretty good and it gave me a new perspective of the way I treat people. Somethings about the story annoyed me like why Hannah was trying to blackmail people even after her death and how she was going to make the tapes go public if she didn’t really have friends.

Title: Freedom’s Child
Author: Jax Miller
# Of Pages: 320
Quote: “Get behind him, that’s the plan. Keep him enthralled. I’m holding the cards. Seduce him. Keep calm.”
Synopsis: Freedom Oliver has plenty of secrets. She lives in a small Oregon town and keeps mostly to herself. Her few friends and neighbors know she works at the local biker bar; they know she gets arrested for public drunkenness almost every night; they know she’s brash, funny, and fearless. What they don’t know is that Freedom Oliver is a fake name. They don’t know that she was arrested for killing her husband, a cop, twenty years ago. They don’t know she put her two kids up for adoption. They don’t know that she’s now in witness protection, regretting ever making a deal with the Feds, and missing her children with a heartache so strong it makes her ill. Then, she learns that her daughter has gone missing, possibly kidnapped. Determined to find out what happened, Freedom slips free of her handlers, gets on a motorcycle, and heads for Kentucky, where her daughter was raised. As she ventures out on her own, no longer protected by the government, her troubled past comes roaring back at her: her husband’s vengeful, sadistic family; her brief, terrifying stint in prison; and the family she chose to adopt her kids who are keeping dangerous secrets.
Thoughts: Freedoms Child was a thrilling novel. I thought it was very well written because a lot of books that have to deal with the type of situations Freedom deals with the characters were portrayed as these unemotional heroes and Freedom was far from that. She was realistic she struggled she was scared she was human and that's one of the main reasons I was drawn into this novel. Not only did the main character draw me into the book but the book cover and summary itself. I’ll admit the book cover isn't the greatest but with me being so obsessed with sons of anarchy the picture of the girl on the motorcycle hooked me.
The story itself was thrilling and had me on the edge of my seat throughout Freedom's journey. From the very first sentence to the last I was in love with the whole idea that this woman killed her husband and is in hiding for it. I wanted to know what happened that made her snap and why she was being protected by the government. The author gives the reader a peak into
Freedom's mindset when she’s off her meds and it’s funny. In all honesty Freedom is a crazy character that makes you laugh because she is so immature for her age.
Now the book does talk about some touchy subjects from Freedom's past and although I wasn't sure about how I felt about reading those things I felt that I could understand why Freedom was the way she was. All the traumatic things she experienced and all the things she had to do made me feel like Freedom wasn't as bad as she thought she was. She was putting up a wall to hide her feelings from herself and others which is why she drank so much.
Other than the serious side of things the book ended on a great note it was cute and fluffy and also sad. The author did a great job with this novel and I would recommend this to anyone I can. I received this book from Blogging for Books for this review.

Title: The Vampire Diaries: The Awakening and The Struggle
Author: L.J. Smith
# Of Pages: 492
Quote: “Evil will never find peace. It may triumph, but it will never find peace”
Synopsis: A Love Triangle of Unspeakable Horror...Elena. Searching for the ultimate thrill, she vowed to have Stefan. Stefan. Haunted by his tragic past, he struggled to resist her passion. Damon. Driven by revenge, he hunted the brother who betrayed him. The terrifying story of two vampire brothers and the beautiful girl torn between them.
Thoughts: I purchased a bind up of the first two books of this series because why not? I was obsessed with the show and its characters and I wanted to know how the show characters personalities differed from the book characters. I think I was a little surprised. The show isn’t that much different from the book but there were things that happened that caught me a little off guard. And when Damon finally came into the story. OH MY GOODNESS! I think he might have been hotter than he already is in the show. I mean I think all the vampire diaries fans miss bad ass Damon just a little right? That can’t be just me. And Stefan… well he was kind of boring. Maybe worse than Edward. Don’t get me wrong I love them both but Stephan and Elena’s relationship was boring as hell! *snore*. Over all though I really liked this book. It took me a while to finish because by the time I was half way through the book my love for vampire related things was going down. But great book. I would definitely recommend it to someone who likes vampires and witches and werewolves and drama and love triangles. Ha-ha.
PS. I could not find a proper GIF of the title so i just used Damon
Title: Pretty Little Liars
Quote: “Never trust a pretty girl with an ugly secret.”
Summary: In this book four girls are faced with the mysterious disappearance of their friend Alison DiLaurentis. These Girls ( Aria, Hanna, Emily, and Spencer) begin to get text from 'A', an anonymous person who at first they believe is their friend Ali. Soon the girls will have to face the ugly truth that Someone knows all their secrets… And they are not afraid to tell.
Thoughts: This book is a mystery filled thriller, I read this book a while ago and when I first seen it I thought it was going to be a girly boring book. I began to read and read and I found myself liking it more and more. I have to admit that some parts in this book were boring and didn’t grasp my attention, but on the upside this book did have the parts that had me wanting more. I think this series is a good quick read and I would Recommend It to a friend.

Title: The Maze Runner
Author: James Dashner
# of Pages: 374
Quote: “But there was something about the largest object in the solar system vanishing that tended to disrupt normal schedules.”
Synopsis: Thomas, a teenager, arrives in a glade at the center of a giant maze. Like the other kids before him, he has no memory of his life before being sent there. Thomas quickly becomes part of the group and demonstrates himself to the others ultimately gaining a spot as a runner. Together with Teresa, the only female, Thomas try’s to convince the other Gladers that he knows a way out.
Thoughts: When I was first introduced to The Maze Runner during a reading contest at school I thought it would be another book like The Hunger Games. So being the horrible reader that I am I decided to watch the movie before I read the book (Shame on me!!). To say I was wrong about the book was an understatement. Even though I didn’t get into the book with a fresh mind it still was better than I expected. Although I mostly knew what was going to happen, James Dashner surprised me. I will admit there were times I wanted to put the book down and give up because why would I want to read this book if I know what happens but it was worth finishing. From beginning to end the main character Thomas did a complete 180. He went from that annoying new guy that asked too many questions and was afraid to the guy who took charge and wasn’t afraid to do what was needed to save his friends. That’s what kept me going throughout the novel. With the twist at then end of the book I knew I couldn’t just leave it at that. I needed to have the second book and continue the journey with Thomas and the other gladers.
Title: Eleanor and Park
Author: Rainbow Rowell
Rating: 4.5/ 5
Quote: “Holding Eleanor’s hand was like holding a butterfly. Or a heartbeat. Like holding something complete, and completely alive.”
Summary: Eleanor, A girl who is… Different and Park who is just an average teenage boy. Eleanor with her red, curly hair that never seems to stay in the right place in the eyes of others she is a freak, a misfit, But in Parks eyes she is a work of art. This is the story of two star-crossed sixteen-year-olds smart enough to know that first love almost never lasts, but brave and desperate enough to try.
My Thoughts: When I first heard that this book was a Contemporary novel I automatically said I knew I wouldn’t like it because I usually read a lot of dystopian Young Adult books or mystery/ Thriller books . Boy was I wrong! This book had me hooked from the first chapter. When you read this well written novel, you become so close to the main characters ,you feel as if you know them personally. One thing I thought I was not going to like about this novel was that it was written in separate point of views, for example one chapter would be Eleanor’s Point of view and another would be Park’s. But as I read further and further I came to realize that it helps me get to know the character on another level. One thing I love most about this novel is that it is realistic, It shows that people are not always going to like you for who you are. They will often judge you from your appearance and only care to look on the outside and that love is not what it’s played out to be. Rainbow Rowell has captured not only my heart, but everyone else who has had the opportunity to read this phenomenal book. In conclusion this book taught me that not everyone will like you but their are people out their who will break you out of your shell and pick you up when your down, just as park did to eleanor.

Title: The Scorch Trials
Author: James Dashner
# of pages: 360
Quote: “I felt her absence. It was like waking up one day with no teeth in your mouth. You wouldn’t need to run to the mirror to know they were gone”
Synopsis: Thomas was sure that the escape from the maze would mean freedom for him and the Gladers. But WICKED isn’t done yet. Phase two has just begun. The Gladers have two weeks to cross the scorch, the most burner-out section of the world. And WICKED has been sure to adjust the variables and stack the odds against them.
Thoughts: The Scorch Trials…THE FREAKING SCORCH TRIALS!!! What can I say? This book was just so good on many levels. Probably my favorite book in the trilogy. James Dashner took my soul and stepped on it. This book is so suspenseful and literally had me at the edge of my seat. Before Thomas and the other Gladers entered The Scorch I was waiting for something to happen and every time something did happen it totally took me by surprise and hit me with the feels! I can’t even think of what to say about this amazing book because there are no words to describe how The Scorch trials made me feel.
Title: The Death Cure
Author: James Dashner
Quote: “ KILL ME. IF YOU’VE EVER BEEN MY FRIEND, KILL ME. ”
Summary: Thomas Has had enough of the pain and the loss of everything from his memories to his only friends. In the third Book of this trilogy Thomas has to try and piece together everything that has happened. He beat The Maze and survived The Scorch, but Thomas has now come face to face with the truth. He will do anything to save his only friends and the closest thing to family he has. The Time For Lies Is Over.
My Thoughts: I have read The Maze Runner and The Scorch Trials and I have to admit these books have been one of the most thrilling books I have read. Sometimes I felt like the book would be boring and not as action pact like the other two books, But when I began to read this last book I found myself struggling to put it down. The main character ( Thomas ) has been through so much. In this book his loyalties are put to the test. He has to make decisions that will not only affect him but the rest of the gladers. I feel like I have seen Thomas grow into a stronger person. One of the best things about this book is that it really makes you feel like you’re facing the same problem that the main character is. This book Made me feel Hate, Sorrow and made me want to throw the book across the room. But through all this I am glad I read this book, The end is satisfying and makes you feel at peace.

Quote: “We believe in ordinary acts of bravery, in the courage that drives one person to stand up for another.”
Synopsis: Tris Prior lives in a futuristic world in which society is divided into five factions. As each person enters adulthood, he or she must choose a faction and commit to it for life. Tris chooses Dauntless – those who pursue bravery above all else. However, her initiation leads to the discovery that she is a Divergent and will never be able to fit into just one faction. Warned that she must conceal her status, Tris uncovers a looming war, which threatens everyone she loves.
Thoughts: Heres another book that I read because of a competition in school and honestly it was worth every second of my time. I read this book in one sitting because it was so hard to put down. Its full of drama and suspence and action and to me those are very important things to have in a book. But I also sort of felt a connection to the main character Tris. She felt like the odd ball everywhere she went and she finally learned to just embrace who she is and I felt that I could understand her on a personal level. But enough with the character analysis. :P Tris and Four together were a badass team and I shipped them since she jumped off the roof! And every time they had to work together to solve a problem or even just being all cute and cuddly I can feel the llooove. I honestly think Veronica Roth did a good job with trying to make the book and the characters more relatable. And I loved this novel.
